A little bit about me...

I'm born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 🏠 This is the place I continue to call home. A few of my hobbies include working out, drawing, and playing catch with my son. (By "catch" I ultimately mean: my 4 year old son throws the ball the opposite direction for me to fetch it)

I'm a wife, and mom of two amazing children.

Previous experience:

I've previously worked in support roles that required troubleshooting, replicating technical bugs, and customer satisfaction.
I've had the experience of working as a chat and email representative (Zendesk, Helpshift, Slack, and Salesforce) I've maintained quality/metric scores of above 90% with efficiency.
I'm accountable, responsible, flexible, team-oriented, and challenging.
I've also worked remotely, before (chat and email communication, but I don't shy away from video chats and phone calls.)
